Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of FGO Stock Sync, a Shopify app operated by Automation For Business IT SRL.

Service

FGO Stock Sync copies inventory quantities from FGO to Shopify. The service is one-way and does not write inventory data back to FGO.

Merchant responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing valid FGO and Shopify access credentials.
• You are responsible for verifying inventory results before relying on them for sales operations.
• You must ensure your FGO API access, Shopify store, and selected inventory location are configured correctly.

Availability and limitations

Sync jobs depend on Shopify, FGO, AWS, and network availability. Scheduled jobs may be skipped if required tokens are missing, another job is already running, or an upstream API returns an error.

Changes

The service and these Terms may be updated to improve reliability, security, and Shopify compatibility.

These terms are a practical operating draft and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before public App Store submission.
