Help with FGO Stock Sync
For support, email nick@ab-it.io. Include your Shopify shop domain, the approximate time of the issue, and any visible job status or error message.
Common checks
- Confirm the FGO environment, company fiscal code, private key, and platform URL are correct.
- Open the app in Shopify admin after saving settings so a background Shopify token can be captured.
- Check that the Shopify location is valid or leave the location field empty to use the first active location.
- Review the latest sync status in the app before starting another job.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the app triggers removal of tenant settings and schedules. For manual privacy or deletion requests, contact nick@ab-it.io.
