Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Automation For Business IT SRL handles data for FGO Stock Sync.

Data we process

The app stores merchant configuration needed to operate the sync, including FGO connection settings, optional Shopify location settings, schedule settings, Shopify shop domain, encrypted Shopify offline access tokens, and sync job status.

Credentials and tokens

FGO private keys and Shopify offline tokens are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS. These values are used only to run manual or scheduled inventory syncs for the connected shop.

Customer data

FGO Stock Sync does not store Shopify customer records. Shopify privacy compliance webhooks are received and acknowledged. Shop redaction and uninstall events remove tenant configuration and schedule data.

Inventory data

The app reads Shopify product variant and inventory information, queries FGO stock data, and updates Shopify inventory quantities. Job summaries may store counts such as processed, matched, updated, unmatched, and error totals.

Retention

Tenant settings remain stored while the app is installed. Sync job records expire automatically after a short operational retention period. Tenant settings and schedules are removed after uninstall or shop redaction.

Subprocessors

The app is hosted on AWS infrastructure and uses AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, KMS, EventBridge Scheduler, CloudWatch, and SNS.
